- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely unprofessional - I would go to Ramsey in Fitchburg over this place. They do not log anything when you call to cancel and appointment nor do they give you the courtesy of a phone call to state they will no longer treat you, because you missed an appointment which my husband called in to state that there was a DEATH in my family.. They did not say anything like.. "sorry for your loss" no did the girl log the call. This place is a joke.March 05, 2017by Cynthia Thiers
